Let's talk about cars. I've been thinking about getting a new car ever since the promotion. When I was in Portland last month working the Dunbar account (hey Carl still waiting for your fax) I rented a Ford Escape and was really impressed. I've always liked Ford cars and lately they have really been making great stuff.

Here's a little secret about choosing good cars: always buy a model that you can find at a rental car place. I figured this out about 10 years ago: rental car companies ALWAYS have the best cars, because why would people traveling on business or on a vacation pay for a car that is no good? It's just "logical"!



Here's the Escape I am thinking about buying. Doesn't it look great? Probably my favorite part of this car is the air scoop on the side. When cars make a lot of power the engine gets really hot so they need a scoop to stay cool. If you see a car with a scoop it means that it is really fast and powerful like this Escape. Ive' been looking around for other cars with scoops but this is the only one I can find! It's totally unique.

We did a panel with one of the managing partners at the Ford dealership downtown last year so I may be able to get a discount.
